Mbokazi missed the wins over Guinea and Eritrea in Bafana’s two opening matches through injury but has recovered from his thigh problem and featured in several games for Major League Soccer side Chicago Fire to prove his fitness.
The squad is otherwise much as expected, though there are some interesting names on the extended list, which will be cut down ahead of the games.
Cercle Brugge midfielder Luke Le Roux is back in the mix, while Aden McCarthy gets a nod after his exploits for Azerbaijani side Sabah in the UEFA Champions League.
Nkosikhona Radebe from AmaZulu has also been named, as has Nqaba Xulu from Richards Bay and Boitumelo Radiopane from Orlando Pirates.
Lyle Foster, who has recently started playing again for Houston Dynamo in MLS, is also named, as is right-winger Devin Titus, who plays for Moroccan side Maghreb Fez.
Bafana will face Kenya at Orlando Stadium on 13 November before a return clash in East Africa a few days later.
