Sirius' superb start to the 2026 Allsvenskan season has continued after coming from 2-0 down at half-time to win 3-2 at home to Kalmar, while Degerfors shared the spoils at home to Hacken.

Sirius 3-2 Kalmar

Sirius are six points clear for the time being after a dramatic victory at home, bouncing back from Monday's draw with Hacken, the only time they have dropped points so far in 2026.

Three points looked to be evading them for a long time this afternoon, as Kalmar - on a high from their first win of the campaign - went ahead in the 38th minute when a teasing Charles Sagoe Jr cross was nodded home by Charlie Rosenqvist. Then, on the stroke of half-time, Sagoe Jr was working his magic again, squaring the ball for Rony Jansson to drill into the bottom corner.

But the newly-promoted side were unable to hold on - Sirius were back in it in the 64th minute, when Victor Svensson took down Marcus Lindberg's cross and finished well from a tight angle, and the game was level again 10 minutes later, after Rosenqvist brought Victor Ekstrom down inside the box, and Isak Bjerkebo slotted the penalty home.

The Uppsala side then broke Kalmar hearts in the 91st minute, when a long ball forward was nodded on by Joakim Persson into the path of Odera Samuel Adindu, who scored his first of the season within moments of coming on.

Sirius will be at least three points clear come the end of the round, while Kalmar remain on four points, one place above the bottom three.

Degerfors 1-1 Hacken

Second-placed Hacken are still unbeaten after six matches, but are already gaining a reputation for being draw specialists after being held by Degerfors for their fourth stalemate of the season and third in a row.

A poor challenge by Nasiru Moro on Adrian Svanback saw the visitors awarded a penalty, which Silas Andersen converted to give Getingarna a 19th-minute lead.

It was a lead they held the final 20 minutes, when a deep Degerfors corner was set back by Daniel Sundgren to Arman Taranis, who showed great composure to curl the ball into the top corner. That sends Degerfors up to sixth for the time being, unbeaten in three matches.
