Fabrizio Romano and Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf reported Monday that Saudi Pro League side Al Ahli have offered a transfer fee between 8 and 10 million euros for the Belgian youngster.
PSV and Dams had reportedly agreed on an extension of Dams' expiring contract before Al Ahli put in their bid.
20-year-old Dams made his senior debut for PSV in August 2024 and has since amassed a total of 24 appearances and 19 starts for the Dutch champions.
