Manchester City defender Nathan Aké is reportedly set to leave the club after a six-year spell with the former Premier League champions.

Aké, 31, joined Manchester City in 2020 for a reported €45 million from Bournemouth and has made a total of 174 appearances for the Cityzens, but has seen his minutes dwindle this season - Aké started just five games in the Premier League and has played 489 minutes in 15 total appearances.

The lack of playing time is prompting Aké to likely leave the club, according to Dutch outlet Voetbal International. The 55-time Dutch international has set his sights on a move to the Italian Serie A, with Milan, Juventus, and Roma all reportedly interested in the defender.

Dutch champions PSV looked eager to take in Nathan Aké, but a move to the Eredivisie is looking highly unlikely.

During his six years with Manchester City, Aké won 11 trophies, including the Premier League four times and the UEFA Champions League once.
