Premier League Player of the Week: Sunderland defender Mukiele impresses

Frenchman Mukiele picked up a 9.0 Flashscore player rating, which continued his impressive string of performances since his summer arrival from Paris Saint-Germain.

Mukiele netted his first Sunderland goal in the match at the Stadium of Light, drilling in his effort to finish off a well-worked move.

He also troubled Wolves with a series of long throws and was defensively sound, winning 14 duels contested and making eight clearances.

Seventh-placed Sunderland next face a trip to the capital to play Chelsea on Saturday.
