Inter Miami have reached an agreement to sign Brazil midfielder Casemiro, according to Fabrizio Romano.

According to the same source, there is already a verbal agreement between all parties involved, with the main formal procedures also completed. The deal now only awaits the signing of contracts and the official announcement.

Casemiro is said to have expressed his desire to continue his career alongside Lionel Messi, and is therefore preparing to swap European football for Major League Soccer (MLS).

The 34-year-old Brazilian midfielder is set to strengthen a team that already features other high-profile players and remains committed to bringing together footballers with extensive international experience.

If the transfer is confirmed, Casemiro will begin a new chapter of his career in the United States, after a long spell in European football. At the moment, the midfielder is with the Brazil national team at the 2026 World Cup.
