Henry took to social media after the interview, making a distinction between looking to retire a Raven and strongly mulling retirement.
“I would like to finish my playing career with the Ravens,” Henry wrote. “Never said anything about retiring lol I’m enjoying being a Raven. I’ll worry about that retirement sh - later.”
The 32-year-old made it clear his desire is not to make another move in his NFL career, but he is not indicating that the 2026 season will be his last.
This should be considered good news for the Ravens, who are looking to build their offense around both Henry and Lamar Jackson, who is a two-time NFL MVP.
For the former Tennessee Titan, his concentration is on the upcoming season.
