And finally in attack, two former Premier League forwards, Gabriel Martinelli and Ollie Watkins, starred for Al Hilal in the Saudi Pro League as they continue to find their feet in a new country. They are joined by the goal machine that is Kylian Mbappe, who scored twice and assisted once in Real Madrid's 4-1 LaLiga rout against Rayo Vallecano.

Franco Mastantuono (Fiorentina) 10
After struggling to make a name for himself in his debut season in LaLiga last term, Franco Mastantuono was handed a fresh start on loan at Fiorentina this season to remind people why he was so highly sought after in the first place. The Argentine winger had been easing into life in Serie A before Fiorentina's clash at Venezia but Mastantuono arrived in style on Friday night.
The tricky winger netted a hat-trick to inspire Fiorentina to their first three points of the season - a thrilling 4-2 win.
Although Mastantuono might have had some luck with his third goal, the first two showed what he is all about as he cut inside before finding the bottom corner for both goals. Aside from the goals that won his side the game, Mastantuono was a constant threat and caused Venezia's defence problems throughout in a statement performance.
Expect this exciting winger to play a central role in everything good about Fiorentina this season.
Ollie Watkins (Al Hilal) 10
From one perfect 10 to another, Ollie Watkins continued his brilliant start to life in Saudi Arabia with two goals and two assists as Al Hilal thrashed Al Taawon 6-0 on Saturday evening. The England international was in inspired form throughout, either setting up his teammates or scoring himself in a performance worthy of a perfect 10.
Watkins' highlight moment was the vision to slip in his new teammate Martinelli for the third goal. The timing of the turn and pass was perfect, and the two former rivals looked to be on the same wavelength and a class above everyone else.
Kylian Mbappe (Real Madrid) 9.4
Kylian Mbappe has carried on from where he left off at the World Cup in the summer at the start of the 2026/27 season. The prolific French forward fired Jose Mourinho's side ahead against Rayo Vallecano in the 14th minute from the penalty spot, but that was far from the end of Mbappe's contribution.
Real's star Galactico assisted his side's second goal after playing a smart one-two with Alvaro Carreras before the full-back found the bottom corner.
And Mbappe's best moment of the match came with the game already won as he fired a shot from a tight angle past the helpless Emil Audero. When it comes to scoring so effortlessly from tight angles, nobody in world football is better than Kylian Mbappe.
