Starting in Adelaide this Tuesday, the Premiership Cup will head around the country for fans to get an up close and personal look - or even feel - of football's ultimate prize.

Having already made visits to Western Australia, Tasmania and the Northern Territory, the official roadshow of the AFL Premiership Cup was launched on Monday, with the league organising many special events such as a footy-themed trivia night in Adelaide and a special Sydney Harbour Bridge climb to promote the road to the 2025 AFL Grand Final.

The Cup will remain in Adelaide through the week during the first qualifying final between Adelaide and Collingwood before flying to Brisbane and making its way down the eastern seaboard.

AFL executive Travis Auld proudly proclaimed that 2025 will be the first year that the Cup makes landfall in all eight states and territories ahead of the Grand Final on Saturday 27 September.

The Toyota AFL Premiership Cup Tour has grown into a cherished tradition that brings the excitement of our game directly to communities across the country,” Mr Auld said.

With the Cup already visiting Western Australia, Northern Territory and Tasmania, it’s great that we can bring the Cup to all states and territories for the first time.

“Thanks to our premier partner Toyota, fans from every corner of the country can get up close and personal with one of the AFL’s most iconic pieces of silverware.

“I can’t wait to see local footy fans of all ages come together to share in the excitement and be inspired by what the game represents.”
