With a home run and even a stellar play from the outfield, Atlanta Braves star outfielder Ronald Acuna Jr. (27) put on a masterclass in Friday night's game against the San Diego Padres!

Acuna started the game with a bomb to deep left-center field on the very first pitch of the game from Padres starting pitcher Nick Pivetta

Acuna would then later single in the game before his eighth inning highlight when he gunned down Padres catcher Elias Diaz at second base.

The Braves lost the game 2-1 to the Padres, making Acuna's solo home run the only run scored for the Braves that night.

Acuna went on the injured list (IL) last season after tearing his ACL, which took him a surprisingly short time to recover from of just 10 months.

Acuna finished the game 2-4 with a home run, single, RBI, and strikeout, leaving him and teammate Alex Verdugo as the only Braves players to have a multi-hit game.

Atlanta falls to a 24-26 record while San Diego improves to 28-21.

Chances are you’re about to lose.
