Reigning world champion Luke Littler will begin his title defence of the BetMGM Premier League Darts against seven-time winner Michael van Gerwen on Night One at the SSE Arena in Belfast on Thursday, February 6th, a rematch of their thrilling World Championship final tussle at the start of the year.
But the power-scoring pair won't be the only star names taking part, with world number one Luke Humphries, Gerwyn Price, Chris Dobey, Nathan Aspinall, Rob Cross and Stephen Bunting all vying for all-important top-four spots in the Premier League table, aiming for a shot at the coveted trophy at the Play-Off finals at London's O2 Arena on Thursday, May 29th.

How much is the prize money?
The prize money for the 2025 edition of the tournament remains at £1 million, and there is a £10,000 bonus to each night's winner.
The outright tournament winner will take home £275,000, while the runner-up will receive £125,000.

How does the Premier League Darts format work?
The format remains unchanged from the previous edition, with eight players competing in 16 mini-tournaments across the UK and Ireland, the Netherlands and Germany.
Each night will see a thrilling knockout format, with players battling through quarter-finals, semi-finals, and a final played over the best of 11 legs.
Points are awarded for each night's performance – five to the winner, three to the runner-up, and two to the semi-finalists – with the top four players in the league table advancing to the coveted Play-Offs at London's O2 Arena to crown an overall winner.

Since its inception in 2005, only eight players have won the Premier League.
Michael van Gerwen boasts the most Premier League Darts trophies, winning the tournament a record seven times.
Legendary Phil Taylor won the first four editions and a total of six during his illustrious career. Scotland's Gary Anderson has won it twice.
James Wade, Raymond van Barneveld, Glen Durrant, Jonny Clayton and Luke Littler have each won the Premier League once.
