Best Midfielder: Bukayo Saka vs Sunderland (A) - 6.0 predicted points

Liverpool’s tricky trip away to Manchester City, coupled with poor form, sees an opening for the best midfielder. Arise, Bukayo Saka, with the Arsenal star man travelling to Sunderland. The Gunners have won five consecutive league games, sitting top of the table.

It’s been a fairly quiet start to the season for Saka, with two goals scored in seven starts. He will be on penalties with Viktor Gyokeres out injured until after the international break, with his absence leaving Saka as the main source of goals.

Saka has the routes to points with his set-piece responsibilities, which are a key route to goals for his side. Sunderland could prove to be a tough test at the Stadium of Light, as the promoted side remain unbeaten at home this season.

Midfield Gem: Amad Diallo vs Spurs (A) - 4.8 predicted points

Manchester United are in their best form in the Ruben Amorim era, unbeaten in their last four games in the Premier League. They have scored the most goals of any side in this period, with 10, making them a formidable attacking outfit.

Winger Amad Diallo has been a crucial player in this period, with one goal and one assist as a winger. He’s had six shots and created six chances for his team-mates in this period, but is sometimes vulnerable to early substitutions.

A trip to Spurs may appear tricky on paper, but their recent 1-0 defeat to Chelsea shows vulnerabilities, and of course, Manchester United had a free midweek, while Spurs hosted Copenhagen in the Champions League on Tuesday.

Best Forward: Erling Haaland vs Liverpool (H) - 7.9 predicted points

Erling Haaland is the best captain option once again, ahead of FPL Gameweek 11, despite a tricky fixture on paper at home to Liverpool. He has scored a brace at the Etihad in four consecutive league games.

He sits on 14 goal involvements for the campaign, 13 goals and one assist. In the last five Gameweeks, he remains top for both shots in the box and big chances on goal, showcasing his potential to retain these high standards of returns.

Manchester City have the momentum going into this fixture, with four wins in their last five. Meanwhile, Liverpool have lost four of their last five in the league, conceding nine goals in this time. They are top for big chances on goal conceded in the same period, with 20.

Forward Gem: Ollie Watkins vs Bournemouth (H) - 4.8 predicted points

Aston Villa’s form has improved in recent weeks, particularly at Villa Park, where they have recent wins against Fulham, Burnley and most notably Manchester City in Gameweek 9. Striker Ollie Watkins was on the scoresheet against Fulham in Gameweek 6.

That’s Watkins' only goal involvement of the season in the Premier League, where he has underperformed somewhat. He’s had 14 shots in the box, including three big chances. He could well be on penalties too.

Watkins is a relative differential in the game, in just 6.5% of sides. Opponents Bournemouth have failed to keep a clean sheet in their last three league games, conceding eight goals in this period.
