The Green Bay Packers signed head coach Matt LaFleur to a multi-year extension on Saturday.

Green Bay are coming off a Wild Card playoff loss to their rival Chicago Bears. They finished the regular season wth a 9-7-1.

Since becoming the Packers' head coach in 2019, the team has only had one losing season under his belt, going 8-9 in 2021.

His first three years, LaFleur led the Packers to three-straight 13-win seasons (2019-2021), winning the NFC North title in each of them.

The team lost back-to-back NFC Championship his first two years, failing to get back to the same game ever since. Green Bay has made the playoffs every year but in 2021 under LeFleur.

He enters next season with a 76-40-1 overall record as their head coach.

Chances are you’re about to lose.
