The Minnesota Vikings fired general manager Kwesi Adofo-Mensah after four seasons with the team, according to multiple reports.

Under Adofo-Mensah as GM, the Vikings reached the playoffs twice (2022, 2024), losing in the Wild Card round each time, and have severely missed on many draft picks.

His two biggest picks were quarterback J.J. McCarthy, who has been dealing with injury after injury since being drafted in 2024, and wide receiver Jordan Addison, who has proven to be a solid No. 2 to Justin Jefferson, but was suspended for the first three games of the season.

He leaves his tenure as GM of the Vikings with a 43-25 record. Head coach Kevin O'Connell, who started the same year (2022) as Adofo-Mensah, still remains on the team.
