Week 10 of the NFL season is headlined by five divisional matchups and three inter-conference matchups!

Teams on a bye week: Cincinnati Bengals, Kansas City Chiefs, Dallas Cowboys, and Tennessee Titans.

Let's not waste any more time and get into the previews!

And be sure to check out who our experts picked this week.

Atlanta Falcons @ Indianapolis Colts (-6.5)

Currently underway with the Indy holding a 13-7 lead in the first quarter, the Colts are coming off their worst, and only second, loss of the season after Daniel Jones and the offensive line had an uncharacteristically terrible game.

But, they're 5-0 at home this season, outscoring their opponents 171-83. They'll be up against a team currently riding a three-game losing streak with the NFL's No. 4 defence.

The Falcons have lost their last three road games, scoring just 33 points. But their recent loss against the Patriots came off a missed extra point at the end of the game.

Despite the Colts being the heavy favourites, the game has the potential to be a close one.

The over-under is set at 47.5.

New York Giants @ Chicago Bears (-4.5)

Chicago is riding the high of their game-winning drive against the Cincinnati Bengals last week. They're now 5-3 with the No. 3 offence in the NFL and will be up against a Giants team that has lost three straight and four of their last five.

The Giants are 0-5 on the road this season, while the Bears are 2-1 at home, winning their past two against the Saints and Cowboys.

Should the Giants lose, it'll be the third straight season the team has ended up 2-8 after the team's first 10 games.

The over-under is set at 47.5.

Buffalo Bills (-9.5) @ Miami Dolphins

In their first meetup this season, the Bills beat the Dolphins 31-21 at home and are looking for their eighth straight win against their division rivals dating back to 2022.

Miami had an extra few days of rest after their loss to the Ravens last Thursday, but they're the biggest underdogs out of any team this week for a reason - they're bottom 10 in both offence and defence and lead the league in turnovers with 15.

The over-under is set at 50.5.

Baltimore Ravens (-4.5) @ Minnesota Vikings

Baltimore is looking to continue their season turnaround as they head to Miami with a fully healthy 53-man roster - the first time this season.

They'll be taking on a Vikings team that shocked the Lions in Detroit - the same team that beat the Ravens in Baltimore earlier this season.

Quarterback J.J. McCarthy and his out-of-nowhere "nine" alter ego has won two of his three starts this season; ironically, both scores were 27-24.

It'll be a battle of purple for the first time since 2021, when the Ravens took the win in overtime.

The over-under is set at 49.5.

Cleveland Browns (-2.5) @ New York Jets

Both teams are coming off their bye weeks, with the Jets riding their first win of the season in a thriller against the Bengals two weeks ago.

Cleveland, on the other hand, entered their bye after a 32-12 blowout in New England.

The Browns' offence may rank 31st in the league, but the Jets' defence is the only unit to not force more than a single turnover this season.

With the trade departures of All-Pro cornerback Sauce Gardner and All-Pro defensive lineman Quinnen Williams, the Jets' defence has major holes for the rest of the season.

The over-under is set at 37.5.

New England Patriots (-2.5) @ Tampa Bay Buccaneers

New England is riding a six-game win streak as they take on a Bucs team coming off their bye week.

Last year, when the Bucs came off a bye, they took down the Giants 30-7. New England is 1-1 this season against teams with a winning record, one of them being on the road against Buffalo.

Meanwhile, the Bucs are also 1-1 against teams with a winning record at home this season. It'll be a battle of division leaders in one of the few inter-conference matchups this week.

The over-under is set at 48.5.

New Orleans Saints @ Carolina Panthers (-5.5)

The Saints' -105 point differential this season is the worst in the NFC and the second worst in the NFL behind the Titans (-127). They're the only two teams with a point diff. below -100.

They've lost all four of their road games this season, being outscored 135-56, failing to score at least 20 points in each of those matchups.

As for the Panthers, they've won four of their last five, including a major upset over the Green Bay Packers in Lambeau last week.

Should the Panthers win, it'll be just the third time in their history they've made it to 6-4 through their first 10 games, with the most recent being in 2015.

The over-under is set at 38.5.

Jacksonville Jaguars (-1.5) @ Houston Texans

In what is projected to be the lowest-scoring game of the week, Houston will be without starting quarterback C.J. Stroud as he recovers from a concussion sustained during last week's loss to Denver.

Jacksonville, coming off a close overtime win over the Raiders, will be facing the No. 1 defence in the NFL.

Houston hasn't let a team score more than 20 points this season except once, when they let up 27 against the Seahawks.

The over-under is set at 37.5.

Arizona Cardinals @ Seattle Seahawks (-6.5)

The two NFC West rivals are meeting for the second time this season after the Seahawks took down the Cardinals 23-20 during primetime in Week 4.

Seattle have only scored below 20 points once this season - in Week 1 - and now have the No. 5 scoring offence in the league.

Arizona are going to continue to ride with Jacoby Brissett at quarterback after the team handed the Cowboys their first home loss of the season.

The Cardinals have lost eight straight against the Seahawks and haven't beaten them in Seattle since 2021, when Colt McCoy was the starting QB for Arizona.

The over-under is set at 44.5.

Los Angeles Rams (-4.5) @ San Francisco 49ers

The 49ers took the win over the Rams earlier in the season during primetime but have since gone 2-2.

Los Angeles has now won three straight, holding each of their opponents to 10 points or less while scoring at least 30 in the past two.

Both teams boast a top-ten offence, but the Rams are third in the league in sacks (27) and the 49ers are just one off (11) from being dead last.

The over-under is set at 49.5.

Detroit Lions (-7.5) @ Washington Commanders

Washington has fallen victim to blowouts the past three weeks and will now be without starting quarterback Jayden Daniels, who is dealing with a dislocated elbow.

The Commanders haven't scored more than 14 points in the last two weeks and will now face a Lions offence that ranks second in scoring and a defence that ranks No. 8 overall.

Detroit has lost two of their last three and have been held to under 25 points in each of the matchups, a downturn from the four games beforehand when they scored at least 30.

The over-under is set at 49.5.

Pittsburgh Steelers @ Los Angeles Chargers (-2.5)

Pittsburgh is heading into the Sunday night primetime matchup of the week off a major win against the NFL's No. 1 team in the Colts, a game in which they forced six turnovers.

Ironically, it's the one team that the Chargers lost to in their past four games, the other three being wins.

Los Angeles is rolling themselves as they possess both a top-five offence and the No. 6 overall defence in the league.

Quarterback Justin Herbert is the third-most-sacked quarterback this year. And now the Chargers will be facing a ferocious Steelers pass rush without star tackle Joe Alt, who is out for the rest of the season.

The over-under is set at 45.5

Philadelphia Eagles @ Green Bay Packers (-1.5)

Philly is coming off their bye week, while the Packers look to rebound in this Monday night matchup after a brutal upset at home to the Panthers.

Green Bay loss to the Eagles during their recent Super Bowl run, having lost three straight to Philly.

The Packers still possess a top-five offence and a top-10 defence, and have scored exactly 27 points in their three home wins this season.

Meanwhile, the Eagles are 3-1 on the road this year and have put up 66 points in their past two games.

The over-under is set at 45.5
