23:41 CET - It's all over! Real Betis have beaten Fiorentina 4-3 on aggregate, needing extra time to see off their opponents with the pair sharing a dramatic 2-2 draw on the night.
The team from Seville will now face Chelsea in the final later this month.

23:38 CET - Into added time, it's last chance saloon for Fiorentina.
23:34 CET - Five minutes to play in Florence...
23:29 CET - Fiorentina's xG during this period is still zero as Betis continue to suffocate them with possession - two more changes for La Viola as they look to break the stranglehold.
23:23 CET - Back underway in Florence...
23:19 CET - Half-time in extra-time and it's Betis in control with a 4-3 lead on aggregate. Fiorentina are 15 minutes from elimination and unable to keep up their record of making the last three finals in the competition.
23:12 CET - Huge goal for Betis! That pressure has told with Moroccan striker Abde Ezzalzouli netting in the 97th minute of the contest to level it up on the night, but crucially give his side a 4-3 aggregate lead. Can they hang on?

23:10 CET - Two substitutes apiece in the opening stages, and it is Betis dominating the opening stages with Natan missing the biggest chance of the extra period from a header.
23:05 CET - Back underway in Florence, can someone find a winner in extra time, or are we destined for penalties?
22:59 CET - The drama for the night is not over, though...
Fiorentina and Betis are heading to extra time, with the sides locked at 3-3 on aggregate after 180 minutes of hard-fought football.

22:52 CET - And it will be Tottenham Hotspur who will face Manchester United in the Europa League final! They navigated that tricky trip to Bodo/Glimt, winning on the night 2-0 and 5-1 on aggregate, making their first European final since 2019. One of these teams will save their season in Bilbao, but who will it be?
Check out the report from the Arctic Circle now.

22:49 CET - Chelsea are into the Conference League final! They have had a quiet night at Stamford Bridge, but a 1-0 win over Djurgarden, coupled with last week's 4-1 demolition sees the pre-tournament favourites live up to the billing and make their first European final since 2020.

Meanwhile, it's all smiles in Manchester as Mason Mount gets his second of the night, scoring from near the halfway line to seal a triumphant night for the Red Devils. And that's it, Manchester United are into the Europa League final, following a 7-1 battering of Athletic Club on aggregate to book their place at San Mames later this month.
22:44 CET - Manchester United are on fire now. They make it 3-1 on the night as Rasmus Hojlund taps in from a yard out after good work from Amad Diallo to get to the byline. It's rocking in Old Trafford now.
22:37 CET - Signed, sealed and delivered - Manchester United are on their way back to San Mames for the Europa League final. A rather fortunate header at the near post from Casemiro loops into the next, giving them a 2-1 lead on the night and a 5-1 lead in the tie.
22:30 CET - And is that game over at Old Trafford? Mason Mount scores with a neat touch and curling finish to put United 4-1 up on aggregate against Bilbao. A hugely cathartic moment for the player and the fanbase.

22:28 CET - It's game, set and match for Spurs! They are surely in the Europa League final as Pedro Porro doubles their lead against Bodo/Glimt with 20 minutes to play.

22:22 CET - Huge goal for Tottenham! Dominic Solanke has opened the scoring in the 63rd minute for Spurs at Bodo/Glimt, to see them take a 4-1 aggregate lead and take a huge leap towards the Europa League final.
22:14 CET - No goals so far in the second halves, but there is a sense of jeopardy at Old Trafford, where it's been all Athletic Club since the break. Remember, they need two more goals to at least force extra time.
22:03 CET - Back underway across Europe, what surprises await us?
21:50 CET - The most action so far in the four games tonight has come from Italy, where two quick-fire Fiorentina goals from Robin Gosens have cancelled out Antony's opener for Betis, meaning that tie is finely poised at 3-3 with 45 minutes left to play.

21:49 CET - We also reached the interval in both Europa League ties. Manchester United find themselves a goal down to Athletic Club, but still seem in control of the tie. However, one more goal for the Basque side will certainly change that.
In Norway, we are still goalless between Bodo/Glimt and Tottenham Hotspur. Spurs still hold that two-goal advantage from last week's first leg.

21:46 CET - Half-time at the Bridge, where Chelsea lead Djurgarden 1-0 in a tie which looks dead and buried.

21:43 CET - Fiorentina lead! We are level in the tie, as Robin Gosens has got his second of the night to flip the game in favour of La Viola against Betis.
Meanwhile, at Old Trafford, Alejandro Garnacho has missed a gilt-edged chance one-on-one with the keeper for Manchester United, dinking his effort wide of the mark. Could that be a huge miss for the hosts?
21:39 CET - Over to Stamford Bridge, where it is business as usual for Chelsea in the Conference League, as they have taken the lead against Djurgarden through Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, making it 5-1 to the Blues on aggregate.
21:35 CET - Fiorentina back level against Betis! Just four minutes after falling behind, the hosts have parity on the night as Robin Gosens has his second goal of the Conference League campaign to get them back in the game.
21:31 CET - We wait 30 minutes for a goal, and two come along at once, both for Spanish teams!
A spectacular strike from Mikel Jauregizar from the edge of the box gives Athletic Club a 1-0 lead over Manchester United to reduce the arrears in the tie to 3-1.
Meanwhile, Betis lead in Florence through their star man Antony, to give them a two-goal advantage in the tie.
21:25 CET - Over to Norway, where Tottenham's Pedro Porro has tested Bodo/Glimt stopper Nikita Haikin as the Russian makes the stop.
Meanwhile, Manchester United have had a penalty shout checked by VAR, only for it to be waved away. In truth, Athletic Club are the team in control as things stand.
21:19 CET - A couple of early efforts for Betis against Fiorentina as they look to stretch their advantage, but nothing sticking yet. In fact, we are goalless across the games so far.
21:07 CET - Cagey start across the four games, but Athletic Club have had a good chance against Manchester United. Alex Berenguer gets the ball inside the box and finds a shooting opportunity, however, it sails over.
21:00 CET - Time to get this show in the Europa League and Conference League underway - what thrills can we expect tonight?
20:35 CET - Our final check-in before we get into the action from 21:00 CET is in Florence, where Fiorentina look for their third-straight final appearance in the Conference League, but they have a one-goal deficit against Real Betis before their second leg.
Antony, who was the match winner last week, starts for the visitors, whilst Moise Kean leads the line for La Viola.

20:19 CET - Back to England, where Chelsea hold a 4-1 aggregate lead over Djurgarden of Sweden in their Conference League semi-final.
With a three-goal advantage, Chelsea have opted for a mix of youth and experience, with their final berth all but assured.

20:06 CET - Up to the Arctic Circle for our next European stop, where Bodo/Glimt are looking to continue their impressive run as they look for a two-goal swing against Tottenham Hotspur.

We will have live audio commentary of that game from 20:55 CET.
19:55 CET - Lineups are starting to trickle in for our games tonight and we start at Old Trafford, where Ruben Amorim reverts back to his lineup from Manchester United's 3-0 first-leg win over Athletic Club. Meanwhile, the visitors are without both Nico and Inaki Williams for their quest to create an extraordinary comeback.

19:30 CET - Good evening and welcome to tonight's Football Tracker as we bring you live updates of the semi-final second legs in both the Europa League and Conference League!
An all-English final looks to be on the cards in the Europa League, with Manchester United and Tottenham taking significant leads into their second legs against Athletic Club and Bodo/Glimt respectively.
Ruben Amorim’s side produced an impressive display in Bilbao last week to claim a 3-0 victory, while Ange Postecoglou’s charges proved too strong on home soil against Bodo/Glimit, coming out on top 3-1.
Follow the Europa League action here.
Moving over to the Conference League, Chelsea have one foot firmly in the final after a 4-1 away victory over Djurgarden, while Real Betis travel to Fiorentina for what promises to be a blockbuster second leg as Manuel Pellegrini's side hold a slender 2-1 lead after last week's clash in Spain.
