We have picked the Super Lig Team of the Season so far based on average player ratings to date, drawn from Flashscore's very own internal ratings system.
To make the XI, players must have appeared in at least nine games and played a minimum of 810 minutes.
Goalkeeper
Muhammed Sengezer (Istanbul Basaksehir) 7.1 (average player rating)
Basaksehir goalkeeper Muhammed Sengezer leads the way in the goalkeeping department this season. enjoying a superb campaign at the halfway stage.
Muhammed has five clean sheets to his name and has made the second-most saves in the league (57) with an impressive save percentage of 75%. He has also made the most catches (five).
Defenders
Samet Akaydin (Rizespor) 7.3
Samet left Fenerbahce in 2025 with a bit of a negative reputation, seen as someone with plenty of flaws. However, the Turkey international has rebuilt his career at Rizespor and is enjoying an impressive season.
Rizespor are 12th in the Super Lig and have conceded 24 goals in 17 games, but it could have been more if it weren't for Samet. No defender has made more interceptions than him this season (36), while also having the fourth-most headed clearances (71).
He has been a threat at the other end of the pitch, too, scoring two goals and registering an assist.
Milan Skriniar (Fenerbahce) 7.3
A rock at the heart of Fenerbahce's defence, the ultra-aggressive Skriniar is a lock for this team. Not blessed with a lot of pace, he makes up for that with his reading of the game and just how front-footed he is.
No defender has won more duels (95) or regained possession in the middle third (42) more often than Skriniar, illustrating how he aims to snuff out danger as early as possible.
Much like Samet, Skriniar is a real physical presence from attacking set pieces, too, with two goals to his name.
Abdulkerim Bardakci (Galatasaray) 7.2
Despite speculation at the start of the season about his place in the Galatasaray team, Abdulkerim has enjoyed a really underrated season so far, going largely unnoticed given how good he has been.
While he is a strong defender, Abdulkerim's ability on the ball and his quality left foot make him an asset for the three-time defending champions.
No centre back has attempted more passes in the opposition half this season (477), while completing the most forward passes (364) and second most passes into the final third (136). He's a critical piece in starting Galatasaray's attacks.
Midfielders
Yunus Akgun (Galatasaray) 7.4
Galatasaray's 25-year-old midfielder Yunus continues to improve each season, and he has become one of the team's most important players thanks to his stellar technique and ability to conjure magic in the final third.
Despite missing a few games with injury, the Turk has the second-most assists in the Super Lig (six) to go alongside his three goals. Interestingly, Galatasaray's only loss of the season came when Yunus was out of the team against Kocaelispor.
Gabriel Sara (Galatasaray) 7.4
It may be a surprise to many that Sara has made the Team of the Season so far, considering that he hasn't quite hit the heights that he did when he first signed for the club last season. However, he remains a real creative hub for Galatasaray.
With a wand of a left foot, Sara has created the second-most chances from set pieces (22), completed the joint third-most successful crosses (33) and completed the second-most through balls (seven).
Hitting these numbers despite not being at his best is mighty impressive, and if he can hit top form, it would make Galatasaray an even more frightening proposition.
Drissa Camara (Gaziantep) 7.4
The first of two Gaziantep players in the team, midfielder Camara has been a revelation since his move from Parma in the summer.
He has engaged in the third-most duels amongst midfielders in the league (170), while also completing the second-most dribbles amongst all players (33), showcasing his all-action nature.
In addition, Camara has scored two goals and recorded five assists, and chances are he will have many suitors in the summer transfer window.
Alexandru Maxim (Gaziantep) 7.3
Maxim continues to be one of the most consistent players in the Super Lig and has recently reached 200 games in Turkey's top division.
No player has created more chances than the Romanian this season (50), while also having the second-most assists (six) and third-most successful passes ending in the final third (195).
Gaziantep sit ninth in the Super Lig, and their duo of Camara and Maxim are primarily to thank for that.
Forwards
Marco Asensio (Fenerbahce) 7.6
The former Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain star has lit up the Super Lig since arriving in the summer, becoming the highest-rated player after 17 games.
Asensio has the second-most G+A in Turkey this season, with eight goals and five assists in just 13 games, illustrating his impact as Fenerbahce's best player.
With the club in second, three points behind league leaders Galatasaray, they will need the Spaniard to continue playing like this if they want to win their first title in 12 years.
Baris Alper Yilmaz (Galatasaray) 7.4
A favourite of Galatasaray manager Okan Buruk, Baris was close to leaving the club in the summer. However, after eventually staying, he has continued to have a massive impact on Galatasaray.
His relentless, high-energy, direct style of play offers so much to the champions and is also versatile enough to play anywhere across the front line and at full back.
Baris is the leading assister in the Super Lig (seven), has created the most chances from open play (28), completed the joint-second most number of dribbles (28), and had the most touches in the opposition penalty box (100), proving what a nuisance he is for opposition defenders.
Leroy Sane (Galatasaray) 7.3
After a really slow start to his Galatasaray career, Sane has finally hit top gear in the last few weeks and has been utterly unplayable.
The former Manchester City and Bayern Munich winger has six goals and three assists, while completing the most dribbles in the league (38) and creating the most big chances (10).
There still feels like there is more to come from the German international, and he is a player who could take Galatasaray to another level.
