After qualifying for the Champions League, FC Copenhagen recorded an emphatic win in Randers while FC Midtjylland kept up their chase with a slim win in Brondby. AGF recorded their fourth successive win while Silkeborg's dismal season continued at home. Finally, FC Nordsjaelland left Odense with three points in the bag.

AGF - Fredericia

AGF recorded their fourth successive win of the season when they cruised to a comfortable 4-1 win at home against Fredericia, who have otherwise had a bright start after being promoted at the end of last season. The home side put the visitors' rearguard under a virtual siege during the first half, and the pressure paid off after 37 minutes when Tobias Bech struck home from the distance. Just four minutes later, Patrick Mortensen doubled the lead when he beat Fredericia keeper Jeppe Kudsk to the ball to steer home a close-range header. AGF continued their dominance in the second half and made it 3-0 through Rasmus Carstensen before a clever finish from Agon Mucolli restored a bit of excitement in the match with ten minutes to go. But with three minutes to Felix Beijmo made certain of the AGF win when he converted a penalty.

Silkeborg - Sonderjyske

Silkeborg's dreadful start to the season continued when they suffered a 2-0 defeat at home against Sonderjyske, which leaves Kent Nielsen's side second from bottom. Neither side could find a way through during an evenly contested first half, with chances few and far between. But after Mads Agger hit the post for the home side at the beginning of the second half, the visitors took the lead after 53 minutes when Daniel Gretarsson turned provider for his Icelandic compatriot Kristall Ingason to head home from close range. Only four minutes later, Sonderjyske then doubled the lead when the home side was caught off guard on a quick counterattack as Alexander Lyng pushed Tobias Sommers' fine delivery over the line from close range. The home side tried everything to get back into the game, but did not have enough quality to threaten the visitors.

OB - FC Nordsjaelland

There is no doubt that Odense have been boosted by the purchase of German midfielder Jann-Fiete Arp during this season. Arp, who used to be one of the biggest talents in Germany when he played for Bayern Munich, has been an inspiring influence in midfield and had scored four goals before today's match. Arp also gave the home side the lead after 27 minutes when he curled a free kick over the Nordsjaelland wall. The visitors, however, came back strongly in the second half and restored parity four minutes after the interval, when Caleb Yirenkyi burst into the OB box and finished off with a strong low shot to the far corner. The visitors also managed to steal all points when Norwegian striker Ola Solbakken, who has arrived from AS Roma, found the net from a strong free kick.

Randers - FC Copenhagen

FC Copenhagen arrived in Jutland hot on the heels of their qualification for the Champions League and completely dominated proceedings during the first half against a home side who had lost their last three matches. Marcos Lopez gave Jacon Neestrup's troops the lead from a free kick after 11 minutes, and ten minutes later, the former German international, Youssoufa Moukoko, who is finding his feet after arriving from Borussia Dortmund, doubled the lead. After 40 minutes, Mohamed Elyounoussi then made it 3-0 after combining well with Lukas Lerager, and shortly before the interval, Elias Achouri completed a truly dismal half for the hosts to make it 4-0. Florian Danho managed to cut the deficit ten minutes into the second half with a stunning volley, before Yoram Zague made it 5-1 shortly before the end.

Brondby - FC Midtjylland

FC Midtjylland coach Thomas Thomasberg was sacked in midweek but was given a chance to be in charge one last time on Sunday against Brondby, while Phillip Billing was given his debut for the Jutland team after his transfer from Bournemouth. The visitors pinned Brondby to their own half for the majority of the first half and created several half-chances without making the most of them. FC Midtjylland continued to have the upper hand after the interval and took a deserved lead after an hour when playmaker Aral Simsir curled a beautiful effort into the far corner from the edge of the box. Japanese striker Sho Fukuda equalized shortly before the end but Thomasberg had the last laugh when Dario Osorio and Denil Castillo scored in injury time to give the cisitors a 3-1 win.
