The 23-year-old central midfielder has played for Fiorentina since the summer of 2024 and has earned nine caps for Morocco.
“Amir has some obvious offensive qualities and has a dynamic playing style,” says F.C. Copenhagen’s sporting director Sune Smith-Nielsen.
“He is technically and tactically skilled, and we are looking forward to seeing him in the squad. We have been interested in him before, and now we have finally succeeded in bringing him to Copenhagen. Now he just needs time to settle in, and then we look forward to seeing him in the F.C. Copenhagen shirt."

“Richardson was born and raised in France with his American father and Moroccan mother. He received his football education at Nice before representing Le Havre, Reims, and, most recently, Fiorentina.

“I know that there has been a desire in the past to bring me to the club, and it is gratifying that they have now succeeded.
